Things You Need to Know

This site may use cookies to enhance you browsing experience and allow us to perform analytics to identify what kinds of visitors we have. When we are analysing the data it will be through services such as Google analytics and as such we will not be able to see any personally identifiable data.

E-mailing us and filling out forms.

Should you choose to email or message us we will keep the email only for the duration for which it is required, The email may then be archived into an encrypted drive or simply and more commonly deleted.

Subscribing to news.

If you choose to subscribe to any news, then we will of course have to retain your email details.

You can choose to unsubscribe at any time  by replying to the email with UNSUBSCRIBE in the header... and your email will be deleted from the system.

We will never knowingly pass your details onto third parties for their use. Any details that we do hold for you are for our own analytics.

Shopping and ecommerce

Any invoices, order forms or reciepts generated have to be kept by us for 6 years. However we have no wish to do anything with them. They will be archived on an encrypted drive.

Payment details.

We use payment gateways to process your payments. Your details will be processed by whatever payment provider you choose. Principally we will only have access to your contact details and these will be handled and stored using the same precautions as above.
